Ness Sala founded Compass Group Insurance in 2006 during the inception of the Medicare Advantage market as we know it today. This exciting new product created a huge need for professionals who would help seniors better understand and navigate the constantly evolving Medicare landscape.
Compass was built on a foundation of hard work and a dedication to serving others. Our goal is to train agents how to guide clients through the Medicare Advantage and Medicare Supplement options available to them in a way that educates and empowers the client to make an informed decision.
Since then, the company has grown and expanded with independent agents serving all 50 states and a product reach that now includes Individual Health & Life Insurance, Long Term Care, Annuities, and everything in between.
Compass agents have a passion for serving the insurance needs of thousands of Americans annually. Our leadership team consists of experienced industry experts who have worked directly in the senior market for more than 32 years.
